Touch is non-contact and rewards effort over size — your first job is to stay onside, support the ball, and talk. Everything else gets easier from there.

Always Subbing

Use possession to keep fresh legs on the field. Bias play toward the sub box side. Sub when touched there. Don't force a strike — let rotation be the win.

Maintain useful spacing around the ball: forward running, support behind, width outside.
